Stretches the hastrings, calves, & quads, & warms the entire body.
a) stand with feet shoulder-with apart. Grasp your hands behind your head.
b) Sit back, bending your knees, until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor ( or lower ). Stand staight up, prwssing through your heels. Do 10 to 30 at a brisk pace.
